Tu Casa takes its name from the Spanish expression for "my home is your home".

This homely cottage in a quiet court has a large and sunny native garden where birds abound and koalas visit occasionally too. The front garden is securely fenced making it safe for children and dogs. Your family dog is welcome but not inside please.

The house is bright and clean and the kitchen is equipped with all you will need including electric oven and cook top, microwave and fridge. Basic pantry supplies are provided and there are vegetables and herbs in the garden for picking. For outdoor cooking there is a gas barbeque.

The house is well insulated making it snug for winter. The bathroom has been recently updated. The large living room has an electric heater, television, DVD, and CD/radio. 

There are two bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people [one queen bed, three singles and a bonus trundle]. A double futon in the living room is available for any extras. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a good washing machine.

Tu Casa is a very restful place to come and relax and make the most of what Sandy Point has to offer.
